After placing as finalists in the NYC AI Fintech Hackathon this August, Lucas Roberts and I decided to take the project we built in just 24 hours and develop it into a production-ready application. Value Spotter helps hard money lenders, insurance underwriters, and small brick-and-mortar businesses transform photos and videos of their physical assets into detailed, structured valuation data through an intuitive interface. The site is live here, with a public release planned in the coming weeks.
